- Use appropriate electronic and digital tools and communication and records systems in TCF supply systems and evaluate their role in a supply chain
- Analyse TCF supply chain conditions and established supply relationships
- Compare key performance benchmarks with current flow rates
- Determine strengths and weaknesses in current supply arrangements
